It had been 21 years since I had walked on the dirt of SOI. Today after the training was done for the day, I made my way back down Basilone Rd at Camp Pendleton. For the most part it had remained unchanged since I was here and last my guaranteed contract for going to Tijuana for the Marine Corps Birthday. This is the picture of the day.
